Real Potential Coaching (RPC) .
Real Potential Coaching (RPC) was founded in 2008 by Dr. O. Leo Uzoka, Mpsy.D, C.S.P.C. to bring into the forefront the contributions of faith, spirituality, psychology, and mindfulness meditation.
Whole-Life Psychology of Life
The theory of “Whole-Life Psychology of Life” is based on the Trinitarian nature of humans – physical, mental and spiritual. The manifestation of human ills are also Trinitarian – physical pain, emotional/mental disharmony, and spiritual disease. Therefore, the treatment of these must be the three-prong-approach: the medical doctor for physiological aspect of man, the psychologist for the human emotions – the conscious, and the spiritual directors for spiritual issues – the unconscious – (beyond the conscious.)
Dr. O. Leo Uzoka
As the executive director of San Martin De Porres Counseling Center in Los Angeles, a premier Counseling Center, he saw first-hand the need to introduce other approaches to the treatment of all human ills for effective healing.
For 20 years, he facilitated weekly groups such as anger management, domestic violence intervention. Sex offenders, self-transformation programs, etc. For 15 years, he offered whole-life coaching services in the areas such as anger control issues, motivation issues, people with difficulties changing bad habits and replacing it with a better one, working to find your “real potential” and developing it, and much more.
Mission of the Real Potential Coaching Education Project
The Mission of the Real Potential Coaching Education Project is to prepare a individuals in different industries as Professional life Coaches, Counselors, Teachers, Lawyers, Medical Professionals, psychotherapists, Workshop providers/seminars and for personal self-improvement and self-empowerment programs for effective and innovative Coaching work in a variety of settings that would include: workshops and seminars, corporate and social organization, agencies, and schools.
Real Potential Coaching is organized to bring together a team of healing agents- Psychotherapists, Psychiatrists, Life Coaches, and Psycho-Educational Facilitators in the mind, body and spirit connection.
